In this 30 DAY-U program we  focuses on creating a healthy relationship between nutrition and movement. This current program focuses on building and maintaining lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat to achieve not only your aesthetics goals, but a healthy body and mind.

In the program you’ll receive 4 weeks of nutrition with recipes to help you cook and eat delicious food while working towards your goals. It also contains a 4 week routines with video tutorials that only require your body weight, resistance band and a jump rope. free weights. This can be done at home and or at the gym. Domestic Silence

This is how it all began, the story of my life when I finally face the traumas of my childhood and young adult life. This book has taken me 22 plus years to finally confronted the demons that have haunted me, from molestation, child abuse, surviving domestic violence, being wrongfully convicted and vindicated to working with NBA players, celebrity's and being featured on Television and working for FOX, NBC TV.
